Hello students! Welcome.
In today's episode of Tita Leyn Teaches we will be tackling about the different types of Messages in Business Communication.
First topic will be POSITIVE MESSAGES.
WHAT IS A POSITIVE MESSAGE❓
Positive messages include messages where the audience is expected to react in a neutral to positive manner. Positive messages tend to consist of routine or good news. These messages might be items such as congratulations, confirmations, directions, simple credit requests, or credit approvals.
Communicating with your employees keeps them abreast of what's going on in the company but also conveys the tone you want to set. Putting a positive spin on communications can boost morale, improve performance and give employees a sense of satisfaction in working for your business.
HOW TO COMPOSE AN EFFECTIVE POSITIVE MESSAGE ❓
Have a Purpose
Focus on the main point of your communication -- for example, relaying a boost in earnings, announcing a new hire, providing satisfied customer feedback or expressing thanks for teamwork and collaboration.
Name Names
Give credit where credit is due, both to reward employees who deserve a pat on the back as well as to encourage and motivate others in the organization. Call out specific departments and work teams to create a sense of appreciation for group initiatives.
Be Specific
Use numbers and tangible data in your positive messaging to demonstrate what the news means to the company. This gives employees a greater sense of involvement because they can see how their contributions positively impact the organization as a whole.
Use Positive Language
Use words and terms that convey a positive and uplifting message. For example, phrases such as “proud to announce,” “exceeded expectations” and “showed superior levels of customer service” can excite and invigorate staffers.
Successful businesses understand the power of positive business communication. Whether it is relaying policy information to employees, advertising products and services to prospects or giving a presentation about the company's strategic objectives to shareholders, communicating positively is about communicating well. If your audience understands the message as it was meant to be interpreted, you have done a successful job at communicating in a business environment.

Positivity in Tough Times
Not all news is good news. When you have to convey negative or discouraging information, do so with honesty and with a look at the bright side, where possible
Clarity
In business, getting straight to the point gets you positive results faster than being circuitous. Customers, shareholders and employees are generally busy people with a myriad of responsibilities.
Motivation
Positive business communication should be motivational. It should inspire others to action that advances the company's objectives. A customer should be inspired to patronize your business just as employees and managers should be inspired to improve productivity.

HOW TO PRESENT INFORMATIVE AND POSITIVE MESSAGE
I learned to this topic is about communicating and building your self personality to otherperson is verry important and beacuse of that you have the chance to share your knowledge to other and also to learn more about them for example the person who you talking with is sharing you the experiencess, skills, struggles, teachniques in their life, and more something about them, and for me its verry importantthat they opened,or express they kind of personality to you and because of that you have the chance to know him verry well and you might get relationship status to them and specially you might receive a positive messages, and get motivations for being true to yourself and to them also and we all know that is verry important nowadays.
ReplyDeletePositive message provides positive feeling to a person. Receiving messages such as promotions, confirmations, and motivations has an impact to an individual. Maybe to spread positive things towards others and also to be inspired with a certain thing. In writing a positive message, it has to be clear and specific for the reader to understand.
ReplyDeleteI simply learned that in order to deliver positive message it must be on point and clearly delivered. And most importantly is that you know what you are saying because sometimes your words are running in circle and the point of what you are saying is gone.
